World’s Easiest Chocolate Fudge requires three ingredients, a microwave and 5-minutes of your time. In return you get rich and creamy fudge, with the option of customizing the fudge by adding your favorite candy or cookie pieces in it. NO CANDY THERMOMETER NEEDED!
I love this fudge recipe because it is so quick and easy to make, but by tasting it, you would think I slaved over the stove top forever waiting for the candy to come to the right temperature. This fudge also sets quickly, and only needs a few hours to chill in the refrigerator, before it’s ready to be cut into pieces and devoured.
Since this fudge is accidentally gluten free, I decided to go with that and add in yummy Chocolate Chip Cookie Bites from Bakeology into my fudge! Because Bakeology’s cookie bites are all gluten free! A gluten free dessert for my friends with allergies out there.
World's Easiest Chocolate Fudge
Print RecipeIngredients
- 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups of candy or cookie pieces (I used one 6-ounce bag Bakeology Chocolate Chip Cookie Bites)
Instructions
Line a 9 x 13-inch pan with foil and spray the bottom and sides with baking spray. Set aside.
In a large microwave safe bowl, add the entire can of sweetened condensed milk and the two cups of chocolate chips. Place bowl in the microwave to melt the ingredients. Stop the microwave every 15-seconds to thoroughly stir the mixture. Process should only take approximately 90-seconds. Remove the bowl once the chocolate chips are all melted through and give the mixture a good stir. Immediately stir in the vanilla extract and your desired mix-in's.
Pour fudge into prepared baking pan and let set at room temperature to cool. Once cool, place pan in the refrigerator to chill completely before cutting into desired sized squares.
Notes
Store fudge in the refrigerator in an airtight container. Fudge stays fresh for several days.
So what would you add into your fudge??? Leave me a comment below!
XOXO,
Kelly

Talk about heaven! I also told my sister to check out this recipe. This sounds just like her type of recipe. Thank you!
