White Chocolate Chex Mix…also known as BUNNY CHOW or White Trash Mix! Rice Chex cereal, mini pretzels and chunks of toffee are coated in white chocolate or almond bark for an easy snack or party food. All you need is a large bowl, a microwave and 2-minutes of time. And the ingredients of course.
Looking for an easy dessert to bring to a party?? Try this White Chocolate Chex Mix! It takes just a few minutes to make and makes a ton! Add the sprinkles of your choice to fit the theme of your party too. Any candy can be used instead of toffee.
White Chocolate Chex Mix

- 12-ounces almond bark or white chocolate
- 4 cups Rice Chex cereal
- 4 cups mini pretzel twists
- 1-1/2 cups candy
- sprinkles
Instructions
In a large bowl melt the almond bark or white chocolate in the microwave, stopping every 15-seconds to stir the chocolate. It takes approximately 1-2 minutes to melt the chocolate or almond bark. Once melted remove from the microwave and stir in the cereal, pretzels and candy. Stir until all ingredients are coated evenly in the chocolate mixture.
Dump the mixture out in a single layer onto a large strip of foil. Top with sprinkles. Let cool completely before storing in an airtight container.
Notes
Chocolate can be melted using the double boiler method as well.
