It’s nice to treat ourselves to a gift or two now and then. Indulging in fun or luxurious experiences is a very worthy act of self-care! For your next big night out, consider treating yourself (and your family) to the magic of a Broadway show.
I think this is the perfect treat to celebrate with, once the Coronavirus epidemic has blown over and it’s time to go out and support businesses again! Plus travel prices are at an all time low right now, so booking a future trip is definitely something to look into now.
Experience live art
With a Broadway show, you’ll get to experience live-art, and there’s really nothing quite like it. It’s the beauty of the dance steps, the emotions on the characters faces and the theatrical special effects. For an atmosphere and feeling that the cinema just can’t live up to, the answer is on the Broadway stage.
A unique night out
Restaurants and drinks are all good fun but every once in a while it’s lovely to indulge in something different. It’s not everyday you get to go to the theatre, which makes the experience feel all that more unique. Whether it’s a gig, a comedy night or a broadway production, observing art allows us to feel inspired, relaxed and creatively charged!
Memories with your family
When we buy material gifts for each other, many of these items eventually become worn out and thrown away. With an experience, you’ll have offered a gift of memories that really lasts. Of course you don’t necessarily need someone to buy for, you can just as easily suggest the idea to friends and each buy your own tickets.
There are many great discounts available on broadway shows right now. To find out which broadway tickets are best for you, try answering the questions on the infographic below.

My husband and I have seen The Book of Mormon when it was on tour in San Francisco. Hamilton is still on our list, but traveling to New York and seeing a Broadway show is definitely an experience I can’t wait to have. We plan on doing an epic New York trip for my 40th birthday, which will of course include at least one broadway show!
XOXO,
Kelly
