If you don’t bake, or are looking for a super easy dessert recipe, this is perfect for you. These bars will feed a crowd too!
Sugar Cookie Seven Layer Bars
Print RecipeIngredients
- 2 cups sugar cookie crumbs (I used store bought sugar cookies and crushed them)
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1 cup toffee pieces or bits
- 1 cup rice krispies cereal
- 2/3 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 2/3 cup butterscotch chips
- 1/2 cup M&M's
- 1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350-degrees and line a 9x13-inch pan with foil. Spray the bottom and sides of the pan heavily with baking spray. These bars are SUPER sticky after they bake.
In a small bowl, mix together the cookie crumbs and melted butter. Pour mixture onto the bottom of the pan and press firmly into the pan. Layer evenly over the crust the toffee pieces, rice krispies, chocolate chips, butterscotch chips and M&M's. Pour the entire can of sweetened condensed milk over the layers.
Bake in 350-degree oven for 25-minutes or until lightly browned on the edges. Let bars set for 2-3 hours before cutting into desired sized squares.
Notes
Store in an airtight container at room temperature.

September 5, 2023 at 4:41 PMThese look great. I might substitute Reeses Pieces instead of M&Ms or at least put M&M’s on one half and Reeses Pieces on the other half. Crumbled butterfinger pieces would be awesome too. I’m gaining weight just thinking of all the possibilities….
