These super easy Rolo Pretzel Bites are only three ingredients and are the perfect mix of salty sweet. These are quick to make and perfect for when kids want to help in the kitchen! Dip them in chocolate and add festive sprinkles for fun.
You can make as many of these, or as few of these as you want. And if you do not want to take the time to dip them in chocolate once they cool, just add sprinkles right after you add your top pretzel and the Rolo is nice and melted.
Rolo Pretzel Bites

- 60 mini pretzel twists
- 30 Rolo candies, unwrapped
- 1 cup chocolate almond bark or semi-sweet chocolate chips
- sprinkles
Instructions
Preheat oven to 325-degrees.
On a large baking sheet, add 30 pretzels. Top each pretzel with a Rolo. Bake in 325-degree oven for 4-minutes.
Remove baking sheet from the oven and immediately top the semi-melted Rolos with the remaining 30 mini pretzels, gently sandwiching the pretzels together. If not dipping in chocolate, then add sprinkles while the Rolo is still melted.
Allow to cool completely. Once cool, melt the chocolate or almond bark in the microwave. Dip one corner of the pretzel sandwich into the chocolate and immediately top with sprinkles. Place on parchment paper or foil and allow the chocolate to set completely.
