You know what makes brownies better?? When you add four times the chocolate to them! These Quadruple Chocolate Fudge Brownies are made with unsweetened baking chocolate, chocolate fudge sauce, milk chocolate Kisses and semi-sweet chocolate chips. If you love chocolate, or know someone who does, then make them these brownies! And this is an EASY from-scratch brownie recipe too!!
So a long, long, long time ago, before I ever knew you could make brownies from scratch, I used to make these Triple Chocolate Chunk Brownies. From a mix. Thanks Betty Crocker! Well EVERYONE always loved those brownies and would ask for the recipe. I would just laugh and brush off the request, so I wouldn’t have to fess up my secret.
Well fast forward a few years, and now all I do is make brownies from scratch. And these brownies….whoa. Totally a dead ringer for those amazing Triple Chocolate Chunk Brownies I used to make from the mix. But better. Because these brownies are made from scratch and have QUADRUPLE the chocolate!
Quadruple Chocolate Fudge Brownies
Print RecipeIngredients
- 10-tablespoons unsalted butter, cut into several chunks
- 1 (4-ounce) package unsweetened Bakers chocolate
- 3 eggs, room temperature
- 2 cups white granulated sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons chocolate fudge sauce
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup Hershey's Kisses (approximately 30 Kisses), kept whole
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350-degrees and line a 9x13-inch baking dish with foil and spray the bottom and sides of the dish with baking spray. Set aside.
In a large microwave safe bowl, add the butter and entire package of Bakers chocolate. Microwave the butter and chocolate in 15-second intervals, stopping every 15-seconds to stir the mixture. Microwave only until the chocolate and butter is melted, approximately 90-120 seconds.
Remove the melted chocolate mixture from the microwave, and let the mixture sit for several minutes to cool slightly. After mixture has cooled, add one egg into the mixture and stir egg in completely before adding the second and third eggs. Stir in the sugar, vanilla extract and fudge sauce into the mixture. Stir until all ingredients are incorporated. Stir in the flour. Fold in the Kisses and chocolate chips.
Pour batter into prepared pan. Bake brownies in 350-degree oven for 30-35 minutes. I baked mine for 30-minutes and they were fudge-y and a little under done (they way I like my brownies). Bake until a toothpick inserted into the middle comes out without raw batter on it.
Let brownies sit and cool in the pan. Once brownies have cooled, cut into desired sized squares.
Notes
Store at room temperature in an airtight container.
Oh yeah….slice right through one of those Kisses! Leave the Kisses whole when you add them to the batter, because there’s nothing better than biting into a brownie and getting a hunk of chocolate.
Don’t forget the milk! I hope you make this brownie recipe…one bowl and done. Share on Facebook and Pin it for later. Everyone needs to get their hands on these chocolatey delights!
XOXO,
Kelly

March 7, 2018 at 6:39 AMThanks Kelsie! Hehehe yes….I promptly got these out of the house after making them! I like to put a brownie in the microwave for a few seconds, then top it with even more chocolate fudge sauce….not great for the diet hahaha.
