Oven fried boneless, skinless chicken breasts. Crunchy and full of flavor by coating the chicken in bread crumbs and seasoning and then baked in the oven or air fryer until crispy.
This recipe is for one chicken breast, but can be doubled, tripled or quadrupled. They are best eaten the same day, as the coating can lose its crispness when refrigerated and reheated in the microwave.
To spice my bread crumbs up, I used Sprooq & Spice Garlique spice blend. I like A LOT of spice and seasonings in my food, so add more or less depending on what you prefer.
Preheat oven to 400-degrees. You can use a sheet pan, air fryer baking pan or an air fryer. In a large ziplock bag add the chicken breast and add the Worcestershire sauce. Let the sauce coat the chicken and then add the bread crumbs and seasonings (add more or less seasoning depending on your preference). Shake until chicken is well coated. Place chicken breast on baking pan and bake in 400-degree oven for 15- 20 minutes, or until an internal temperature of 165-degrees is reached. Baking time may vary depending on the thickness of your breasts. I pound mine out into a thinner, even layer and 15-minutes is the perfect bake time for mine. Remove from oven and eat immediately. Recipe can be doubled, tripled or quadrupled. Best eaten the same day, but leftovers can be refrigerated and reheated in the microwave. They just won’t be as crispy.Oven Fried Chicken
