Three ingredients, a microwave and 2-minutes are all you need to make this quick and easy fudge! My easy fudge has pretzel pieces and mini marshmallows mixed in, for a fun salty-sweet flavor combination! Add nuts, candies or any other mix-in’s you desire to make it your own. Not a baker or candy maker? This recipe is for you…I GUARANTEE you can make this fudge!
With the holidays so quickly coming upon us, there will be plenty of parties and gift giving. This is a recipe you will want to hold on to for those times when you need to make a quick dessert or have company stopping by at the last minute. And homemade fudge makes for a wonderful (and inexpensive!) gift! It can be our little secret about how easy this fudge is to make 😉
The pretzels in the fudge give it a hint of saltiness with a crunch…and the marshmallows are squishy and sweet. This fudge was a hit at work (I took it in to share at a work meeting) and the boys at home loved it too. You definitely have to give this fudge a try this holiday season!!
Microwave Chocolate Fudge
Print RecipeIngredients
- 1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
- 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (I used Rodelle Bakers Extract)
- 1 cup pretzel pieces
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
Instructions
Line a baking dish with foil and spray bottom and sides with baking spray. I used an 8 x 11.5-inch baking pan, but a 9 x 13-inch pan can be used too. You can use any size pan you want, depending on the thickness you want your fudge. Set prepared pan aside.
In a microwave-safe bowl, add the chocolate chips and entire can of sweetened condensed milk. Microwave the ingredients for approximately one minute, stopping every 10-seconds to stir the mixture. Only microwave the ingredients until the chocolate chips have melted. Takes approximately 1-2 minutes to melt the chocolate chips completely.
Remove the bowl from the microwave and stir in the vanilla extract. Fold in the pretzel pieces and mini marshmallows to the fudge and stir until incorporated.
Dump fudge out into prepared pan and smooth until fudge is level. Let fudge set and cool. Cover and store fudge in the refrigerator.
Remember…I GUARANTEE success. If somehow this recipe fails you, let me know and I will personally mail you some fudge. Seriously. So what are you waiting for?!
Want another easy candy recipe? Try my 2-Ingredient Peanut Butter Candy…
Or maybe you want to try a more challenging recipe? My Almond Roca recipe is legendary and really ANYONE can make it. Just follow the recipe exactly, and go dust off your candy thermometer, because we need it in that recipe. But so worth it!!
