Easy, four ingredient fudge that is made in the microwave (or double boiler). This fudge is maple flavored with pieces of walnuts for a bit of crunch.
There is not any actual maple syrup used in this easy fudge recipe…just maple extract, which can easily be found at your local grocery store, Target, Walmart, Amazon, etc.
Maple Walnut Fudge
Print RecipeIngredients
- 3 cups white chocolate chips
- 1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1-1/2 teaspoons maple extract
- 1 cup chopped walnuts (or nuts of choice)
Instructions
Line a 9x11-inch pan (for thicker fudge like mine) or a 9x13-inch pan (for thinner fudge) with foil and spray with baking spray. Set aside.
In a microwave safe bowl, add the white chocolate and the entire can of sweetened condensed milk. Melt in the microwave for 60-90 seconds, stopping to stir the mixture every 15-seconds. Remove the bowl from the microwave once the chocolate chips have melted.
Stir in the salt, maple extract and chopped nuts into the white chocolate mixture. Stir until combined and pour into prepared pan. Let fudge set for 30-minutes on the counter and then transfer to the refrigerator to finish setting. Once set, cut the fudge into desired sized squares.
Notes
Fudge can be stored in the refrigerator or at room temperature depending on preference, in an airtight container. Fudge stays fresh for several days.
XOXO,
Kelly
