The easiest, fudgiest brownies…one bowl and made from scratch. These brownies have a crackly top and rich and fudgy center. Brownie perfection if you ask me! And no box mix needed. Think you can’t make brownies from scratch?? Think again my friend…because this is the recipe for YOU!
I have made these brownies a MILLION times. Okay slight exaggeration…but when I need a go-to dessert treat that I know everyone will love, I make these brownies. And they never disappoint. An added bonus is that these brownies are super easy to make and can be made in one bowl. No special equipment needed either!
I made these brownies for an end of shift work party. Our shifts change every six months, where we bid by seniority what days and hours we want to work. The past six months with my current crew has been so fun! I seriously love these guys. It makes a huge difference when you actually enjoy the people you work with…it makes you excited to go to work. So to celebrate the guys and all their hard work, we put together a little shindig and of course I brought the desserts. These brownies were a HIT at the party, as were my other go-to dessert recipe that I brought, Cinnamon Sugar Blondies.
So you ready for the best brownie recipe EVER?!?!
Fudgy Brownies
Print RecipeIngredients
- 10-tablespoons unsalted butter, cut into several chunks
- 1 (4-ounce) package unsweetened Bakers chocolate
- 3 eggs, room temperature
- 2 cups white granulated sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract (I used Rodelle Baker's Extract)
- 2 tablespoons chocolate fudge sauce
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350-degrees and line a 9x13-inch baking dish with foil and spray the bottom and sides of the dish with baking spray. Set aside.
In a large microwave safe bowl, add the butter and entire package of Bakers chocolate. Microwave the butter and chocolate in 15-second intervals, stopping every 15-seconds to stir the mixture. Microwave only until the chocolate and butter is melted, approximately 90-120 seconds.
Remove the melted chocolate mixture from the microwave, and let the mixture sit for several minutes to cool slightly. After mixture has cooled, add one egg into the mixture and stir egg in completely before adding the second and third eggs. Stir in the sugar, vanilla extract and fudge sauce into the mixture. Stir until all ingredients are incorporated. Stir in the flour.
Pour batter into prepared pan. Bake brownies in 350-degree oven for 30-minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the middle comes out without raw batter on it.
Let brownies sit and cool in the pan. Once brownies have cooled, cut into desired sized squares.
How good are these brownies?? One of the guys I work with made a special point to tell me that these were the best brownies he has ever had! I think you should give them a try and see if you agree 🙂
XOXO,
Kelly
