Cheesecake Sugar Cookie Cut Outs

These sugar cookies are flavored with cheesecake flavoring in the dough and in the icing. This recipe is for rolling and cutting out cookies and the icing dries firm. I used the cheesecake flavoring from Dolce Foglia Cheesecake Flavoring in this recipe. It is highly concentrated so a little goes a long ways. If you are using a Cheesecake emulsion or regular extract, then start checking I suggest 2 teaspoons in the cookie dough and 1 teaspoon in the icing recipe. PIN ME ⬇️

Cookies ‘n Cream 7-Layer Bars

A spin off of the traditional 7-layer bar recipe, these cookies ‘n cream seven layer bars have seven layers of course, but are all about cookies ‘n cream! A shortbread crust, a layer of Oreo cookie pieces, white chocolate chips, semi-sweet chocolate chips, M&M’s or milk chocolate chips and smothered in sweetened condensed milk. If you aren’t a fan of coconut (which is in the original 7-layer bar recipe), and you love cookies n’ cream, then you will have to try these bars. These are SO simple to make to. Muddy Buddies….Puppy Chow. Whatever you want to call this yummy snack is fine by me! Muddy Buddies are Rice Chex cereal, coated in butter, peanut butter, melted chocolate chips and tossed in a substantial layer of powdered sugar. Make sure you use the largest bowl you have in your kitchen to pour the box of Rice Chex into. You need some room in the bowl to stir in all the yumminess to coat the Rice Chex evenly. PIN ME ⬇️

Gingerbread No-Bake Cookies

All the flavors of the classic gingerbread cookie, but made no-bake! Molasses, plenty of warm spices and dry spice cake mix are added to give these no-bake cookies all that gingerbread flavor. Easy, no bake cookie that is great for that holiday cookie tray!! These Gingerbread No-Bake Cookies use Rodelle Pure Vanilla Extract, Pumpkin Spice Extract and their Ceylon Ground Cinnamon! And to help to really get that gingerbread flavor into these cookies, I mixed in dry spice cake mix into the cookies!! The dry cake mix, with the addition of molasses and all the spices, really make these cookies smell (((and taste))) like Christmas. I topped my cookies with little gingerbread men sprinkles! Vanilla Meringue Cookies

Vanilla meringue “cookies” are not like an actual cookie…they are more like crunchy bites of marshmallow that dissolve in your mouth like pure heaven. Gluten free, fat free and you only need a few ingredients. A couple things to note when making these cookies: egg whites are finicky. Don’t use carton egg whites. Make sure that there is ABSOLUTELY no yolk that gets into your whites. Room temperature egg whites is key. Your mixing bowl needs to be grease free (metal or glass preferred). And lastly, humidity can affect the outcome when making these. PIN ME ↓

This is a super simple holiday recipe for you, that does not require any special equipment and can be made in the microwave. Make your haystacks as big or small as you like too! Chocolate Peanut Butter Bars

My favorite holiday candy recipe that I make…because it tastes just like a peanut butter cup! The bottom layer consists of peanut butter, powdered sugar and graham cracker crumbs and then topped with melted chocolate. An easy, no bake candy recipe that is sure to please any chocolate-peanut butter fan! This candy recipe does not require any fancy equipment or a candy thermometer. I do use my stand mixer to make these bars, but you can also just make them in an extra large bowl and use some good ol’ elbow grease to stir the ingredients together. XOXO, Kelly PIN ME ↓
