I hope you guys aren’t sick of no-bake cookies yet…because this is just recipe #4 in a series of no bake cookie recipes I plan on sharing with you. Why the obsession with no bake cookies? Oh I have plenty of reasons…but I will get to that in a sec. Today’s recipe is a Cookies ‘n Cream version of the no-bake cookie. For. The. Win. Oooh! Ooohhh! Ohhhhh!!! Make sure you read all the way to the bottom of this post for an extra special surprise I have just for you too! 🙂
So why the obsession with no bake cookies?? First, they are easy to make. Second, they cook up quickly and set quickly, so if you need cookies NOW, to eat or bring to a party, then these cookies are awesome for that. Third, no bake cookies are so versatile in what flavors you can make them in…point in case: HERE, HERE and HERE. Fourth, everyone loves them because no-bake cookies are yummy and have that sink-your-teeth-in texture that is heaven. Fifth, I could go on with my reasons, but really? I am going to go out on a limb here and assume I sold ya on my first four reasons! So lets get no-baking!
The other day I was driving home from the post office and I thought to myself, “Kelly…what are you going to do with the last of that Jif Cookies ‘n Cream Hazelnut Spread in the pantry?” No-bake cookies popped in my mind because I knew I had just enough Cookies ‘n Cream spread to make a small batch of no-bake cookies. And these are pretty darn amazing. Best idea ever!
For this recipe you will need a jar of Jif Cookies ‘n Cream Hazelnut Spread. Remember when I used the spread to frost THESE?
Cookies 'n Cream No Bake Cookies
Print RecipeIngredients
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 1/4 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 1 cup white granulated sugar
- 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon VAIN Ugandan Vanilla Extracted in Premium Vodka
- 1/4 cup Jif Cookies 'n Cream Hazelnut Spread
- 1 cup quick cooking oats
Instructions
Lay a sheet of foil, wax paper or parchment paper on the counter to drop your cookies onto after they have cooked.
In a small pot add the butter, almond milk, sugar and cocoa powder. Place the pot over medium heat on the stove top and stir occasionally. Once bubbles start to form on top and it is close to boiling, set timer for 45-seconds. Let mixture boil for 45-seconds, while continuously stirring the mixture. Do not cook for longer than 45-seconds!
Remove the pot from the stove and stir the vanilla extract into the pot. Add the Cookies 'n Cream spread into the pot and stir until mostly combined. Add the oats to the pot and stir until combined.
Use a small cookie scoop to scoop small cookie balls onto the foil to set and cool completely.
Notes
Store at room temperature in an airtight container. Cookies are best eaten within a day or two of making, because they will start to dry out after a few days and get crumbly.
Nom nom nom…
The almond milk and the minimal cook time is what makes these cookies perfect!

March 14, 2017 at 1:37 PMHmmmm…I am trying to think how you could make these! Maybe make my Nutella No Bake Cookies (on the blog) and fold in some cookies ‘n cream candy bars. Do you have those in France? And that’s so awesome you are in France! 🙂
