A spin off of the traditional 7-layer bar recipe, these cookies ‘n cream seven layer bars have seven layers of course, but are all about cookies ‘n cream! A shortbread crust, a layer of Oreo cookie pieces, white chocolate chips, semi-sweet chocolate chips, M&M’s or milk chocolate chips and smothered in sweetened condensed milk.
If you aren’t a fan of coconut (which is in the original 7-layer bar recipe), and you love cookies n’ cream, then you will have to try these bars. These are SO simple to make to. You just layer everything in the pan and bake. That’s it! This is a great recipe to make for a party too because it makes a ton!

- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 2 cups fine cookie crumbs (use store bought shortbread or crunchy sugar cookies)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 20 Oreo cookies, broken into pieces
- 1/4 cup white chocolate chips
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350-degrees. Line a 9 x 13-inch baking pan with foil and spray with cooking spray. Set aside. In a microwave safe bowl, melt the butter. Add the fine cookie crumbs and salt into the melted butter and mix until combined. Spread cookie crumbs evenly in the pan and press into an even crust. Layer the Oreo pieces, white chocolate chips, semi-sweet chocolate chips and M&M's over the cookie crust (evenly dispersing each layer). Pour sweetened condensed milk evenly over the top of all the layers.
Bake in 350-degree oven for 25-minutes or until edges are golden brown. Let bars set completely before cutting into desired sized squares.
