Cinnamon Toast Crunch Cereal Treats
Print RecipeIngredients
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 8 cups mini marshmallows (16-ounce bag), divided
- 1/3 cup white chocolate chips
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- pinch of salt
- 6-8 cups Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal
Instructions
Line a 9x13-inch baking pan with foil and spray with baking spray. Set aside.
In a large pot, on the stovetop over medium-high heat, melt the butter. Once melted, add 7 cups of mini marshmallows. Stir the mixture until the marshmallows are completely melted. Remove the pot from the stove and stir in the white chocolate, vanilla extract, cinnamon and salt.
Stir in the Cinnamon Toast Crunch one cup at a time. Add less cereal for a gooier bar. You don’t want to add too much cereal that they are hard and dry. When adding the last cup of cereal, stir in the remaining cup of marshmallows.
Pour mixture out into prepared pan and option to press any leftover cookie pieces on top and sprinkle with additional ground cinnamon. Let bars cool and set completely before cutting into desired sized squares.
Notes
Store at room temperature in an airtight container.
