Happy Fall y’all! Are you ready for the deluge of pumpkin headed your way? I am! I LOVE pumpkin and in today’s post, I am sharing some of my favorite pumpkin recipes I have here on the blog. We have pumpkin pie, cookies, pumpkin cake (that you can totally eat for breakfast) and more…keep on reading to check out all the yumminess.
Great pumpkin recipes, from back in the beginning days of the blog. I figured before I officially start baking with all things pumpkin, and share new pumpkin recipes with you this Fall, we should first revisit the pumpkin recipes from last Fall! Just click on the recipe link above each picture to get the recipe!
Pumpkin Pie with Pumpkin Spice Graham Cracker Crust is my favorite pumpkin pie to make for any Fall get-together!
Pumpkin Streusel Pound Cake with Crumb Topping. Just like Starbucks!
Pumpkin Oatmeal Cookies. The marriage of an oatmeal cookie with pumpkin puree and warm spices. And no butter or oil in this “healthier” recipe!
Pumpkin Corn Cakes are a savory old-time recipe, that is a great side to enjoy with dinner. Or sweeten them up with a little cinnamon sugar on top like I did 🙂
Chocolate Pumpkin Loaf Cake. Pumpkin puree and cocoa powder are used to make the loaf cake, which is then topped with a crumb topping and then smothered in chocolate. How can anything smothered in chocolate and topped with chocolate chips be wrong?!
Pumpkin Spice White Chocolate Chip Cookies. A pumpkin cookie made without any actual pumpkin puree, so no weird cakey texture with these pumpkin cookies!
I have more pumpkin recipes I am working on, so stay tuned! Make sure you sign up for my free email subscription so you don’t miss any Fall yumminess here on the blog 🙂 And please forgive me for the quality of some of these pictures. Most of these recipes are some of the very first posts here on the blog!
What’s your favorite pumpkin recipe? Any recipes you want to see here on the blog?? Leave me a comment below and let me know!
XOXO,
Kelly
